Ozawkie Law Enforcement Commissioner
LAW ENFORCEMENT COMMISSIONER: DUTIES. It shall be the duty of the Law Enforcement Commissioner to establish and maintain contacts with other Law Enforcement Agencies, ie. city, county, state, etc., and to provide such “statistics” as it affects the City of Ozawkie. When it becomes applicable, they shall have primary responsibilities in the area of:
(1) Annual Department Budgets
(2) Training Requirements
All proposed budgets shall be reviewed and approved by the actions of the full City Council. They shall also perform other such duties as required by the City Council.
